The rules are if you take 5 high scores from the same player within 5 hours, you will be punished.
The games must have a minimum of 2 scores to be considered targeting.

First offense will be your ONE and only get out of jail free card

Second offense carries a 12 hour ban from playing in the arcade

Third offense will be a 24 hour ban

Fourth offense will be a 48 hour ban

And finally, you could be permanently banned
